Corona wards in Karachi hospitals were filled


The easing of lockdown in Karachi has led to an increase in cases of corona virus, which has led to overcrowding of corona patients in private and government hospitals in the city.

According to health department officials, most private and public hospitals have refused to accept more Corona patients.

Jinnah Hospital has 19 HDU beds, while ICU has 17 beds

Similarly, there are patients on 12 ventilators allotted in the Civil Hospital.

Speaking of private hospitals, all 28 beds and 15 ventilators of Indus Hospital are full.

There are patients in all 50 beds and 16 ventilators of Ojha Hospital.

Zia-ud-Din Hospital's special 51 beds and 6 ventilators have been filled.

The Aga Khan Hospital has refused to accept more corona virus patients and regular notices have been posted in this regard.

According to health department officials, the burden of patients has come to light due to the Eid holidays.
